Coming from a kawasaki ninja (0-60 2.5 seconds) myself and having watched a lot of motorcycle racing, there is nothing that compares to the extremes of this sport.

4 wheels and a seat belt doesn't even come close to what these guys do.

I want to see the Spec Miata guys do something like that. THEN I'll be impressed.

It amazes me that the bike could continue to roll upright as long as it did. I'm not a biker freak, but does that happen very often? Is the idling engine providing some sort of gyroscopic action?

Why? The Miatas are much slower -- he could have walked and caught up to one. You know, sorta like a 944! :lol:
