defNder, new H&N

I have known for a while now that I need a H&N and while looking around I just saw this: http://www.defnder.com/index.htm

It appears the price will be around $550, which is significantly less than the Hans or R3 and is SFI 38.1 certified. http://www.trackpedia.com/forums/sho...defnder&page=2

Any thoughts on this? The S2000 incident last weekend really hit home that I need something before I get back on the track.

Looks very nice. I like the extra shoulder strap guides. :bang: Why didn’t you post this last week, before L and I bought Hans? BTW our hans came with baseball caps and racer stickers :D

Yeah, the whole sticker and cap thing is cheesy. Wow, I get a cap and sticker with this?, ok, I'll buy it now.

Oh yeah, just did now. Might go that route....but no caps and stickers. :)

Gotz ours from 4raceparts on e-bay. Came direct from hans in 2 days, included cap, decal and a spiffy hans ballpoint pen :D

Capt. Obvious chiming in here. Sticker and cap is for post sale advertising.

D00d, you are at the track too often and run too close to limits to not have H&N.
