Evaporator housing won't budge
 

I'm trying to pull the evaporator and blower out of the smugglers box ,removed the two bolt/bracket,the hoses, wires and the thing won't come out. It's loose,but it ain't gonna come out just yet. I don't want to ruin it yet, but I'm close to going off on it. Is the drain tube stuck or have the mice bonded it to the pan?

Found the problem,
The intake port under the passenger foot well sticks into the blower assembly through the bulkhead.
