Need to bend some 1/8" Stainless Steel for brackets

Title says it all.

Does anyone have the facilities to bend some brackets out of 1/8" stainless steel? The alloy will be very stiff and will need about a 1 inch radius at the bend. The bracket will be about 2 inches wide and about 4 inches or so on each leg. Think of it as a 'V' with a 1 inch radius at the bottom.

Any suggestions welcome. :)

We could hook up next week and I can take them to AT Speed; I think they have a bending machine.

Or...

Put one end of the flat stock in your bench vise, buy a foot of 1" diameter bar stock (hardware store?) and use a dead blow hammer to form the flat stock over the bar...

Take your time. It will work harden some, but should not bother in a small bracket.

Drew,

Thanks for the offer. When I get the materials I'll send you a PM.
