Any problems noted with alcohol in gas with older (1988) Porsches?

Any vulnerabilities with the Porsche fuel system?

I noticed that none of the gas pumps in DC have the Ethanol sticker, so that's where I fill up.

No problems using the standard 10% ethanol on my '88 951.

10% ethanol is fine in my 85.5 944. The manual says not to use anything with more than 10% in it though.

10% seems to be the max allowed by Porsche. The MPFI cars will be effected less than the older types of injection. (CIS MFI ect) The main problem with the corn fuel, (other than the moisture attraction) is the lack of lube in the fuel, and the lower BTU's of the ethanol.
I would avoid it if at all possible, JMO
