Need Oracle experience
 

I need some folks with hands-on Oracle Financial System experience for work with the Federal Gov't. Thus folks must have a college degree and be a US citizen. Work is local (MD). The ideal person should be conversant with both the technical aspects of the program (forms and the various settings, permissions, etc) and can discuss the effects of changes in permissions, etc. with stakeholders.
