Loan Officers
 

We are currently hiring experienced Loan Officers. Commissions are extremely competitive and we have health and dental insurance and 401k. You can work out of your home and *take long weekends for the track*. We do not micro manage.

We are looking for experienced Loan Officers, but will consider those without experience. This may be another way for RE Agents to generate extra income (cannot originate on their own deals).

How many bps. do you pay? Is this a "bring your book of business with you" kind of gig, or how inside/outside is it? Subprime? Alt-A? A Paper?

Hi Rick,

We pay a % of fees. The % depends on experience, please call or email me on that to discuss. From what I have seen we are very competitive. The higher commission we pay is based on outside sales. We do not do any company marketing, but may contribute to yours (but will reduce the commission somewhat on those particular deals). We are signed up with approximately 30 lenders that cover the spectrum. If there is a lender that you like and that we are not signed up with, we can register with them.
