Upholstery Shops?
Well, the '72 Targa project is finally getting off the ground. I decided I really wasn't going to put the engine together myself and it went off to Ralph's in Owings Mills.
What I need next is a good upholstery shop to recondition the front seats. As far as I can tell they are original and need recovering as well as some restoration of the infrastructure. I don't need show quality, just something durable and comfortable. Any assistance gratefully accepted. If there are decent kits I might consider doing it at home, but I'm not sure what I'll find if I take them apart. Thanks. |
There's a shop in Frederick, MD called "Joe's Upholstery". I've used them for seat repairs, headliners, etc. on various cars. Always been impressed with both the quality and the price. It always came out looking better than OEM.
