Need a Attorney for Reviewing Contracts

I need an attorney who can advise me on some contracts that I'll soon need to sign. I need to know exactly what I am getting into. I don't have the contracts yet, but I'll need to move quickly when I do have them in my hands.

Anyone out there?

You can email me at russellbong@yahoo.com to take this off-list.

There are several lawyers on this board. I'm only licensed in MD and I believe you're in VA.

Let me know what kind of contract(s) you're thinking about. I'm licensed in VA, DC and MD. My rate is approx. one (1) 993 oil change per hour

A six pack of decent beer an hour (DIY rates)? Better make sure it only takes about 15 minutes ;)

There are three key contracts--all in Virginia:
1. An exlusive agency relationship with a company.--need to know what i can and can't do based on their rules.
2. typical commercial real estate lease
3. creating a non compete agreement for staff i hire

A non compete in a 'Right to Work' state/commonwealth. lmk how that works out?
