Mercedes SLK rear tail light assembly (1998-2000) - very good condition!

This is a used rear tail light assembly for a Mercedes SLK in very good, used condition. There are no cracks or abrasions on the lens surface and 4 of the 5 bulb contacts are as new. The top contact is slightly worn but is still functional. Note that the auction includes all bulb and bulb housings as well. Please check part number to ensure proper fitment.

Now why in the world would anyone buy your taillight assembly when all they have to do is go into any Mercedes Benz dealership and have both the left and right assy's replaced at no charge. Yes sir, there is a current recall on all 170 body cars from '98-'00 model years. And why is there a recall you ask, for the exact same thing you said was "slightly worn". Sorry dude, I didn't mean to step on your ad. I do hope you will be able to eventually get rid of it. Good luck with the sale!

Thanks for the courtious update Mike - I am posting this for a friend and was not aware of the recall. That explains the lack of interest on other boards.
