Spotted early, green 911 in Northern Virginia this morning

sorry for shuffling things around but i'd like to gather all of these into one place. }{ At the intersection of Spring Hill Road and Old Dominion. You honked, we waved, then you headed east(?) on Old Dominion. Send me a PM. |
Hi Greg
it was not me, but I saw your car at Intersport. Very nice. Artie started it up after his work and the sound was great. I was checking on my engine at lunch. Perhaps you saw Kurt Mickelwait, that is if the other was a 912 with lexan splitter and spoiler. :D |
Thanks John. No, I don't believe it was Kurt. I only saw the front and it didn't have his Lexan splitter, nor rollbar, etc. Pretty sure it wasn't him.
|
Maybe Kurt had removed the Lexan for his next movie.
|
And another one, this time blue ...
On east-bound Rt 123 near McLean, around 4:15 this afternoon. Beautiful blue, early 911 with chrome wheels and hubcaps.

We'll likely drive the purple 73E tomorrow. Keep an eye out for us!
|
What?! You didn't drive it today?! :?
|
I screwed up. I won't let it happen again, I promise. 8)

While we are BSing about cars spotted, I thought that I should point out that there is an imposter in Reston, so please do not become confused. It looks like a certain black '77 Targa, but without the 3.2 badge.
The imposter's driver has even gone so far as to shave the top of his head to make the counter fit complete . . . . so beware. |
But does he drive with the same enthusiasm as you Marc?
