linda's new car

Ok so on my way home from Jim’s engine drop I call a friend to see what was happening :?: He tells me he’s getting a new car on Friday & did I want his early ’73 T sunroof coupe w/MFI  All the rust was free, just like the car

Nice set of 6 X 15” Fuchs, H4s, ‘71 seats, aluminum calipers, factory air, & of course a nice steel long stroke crank 8)

Just what I need another project parked in the backyard

Alright, you need to hire a salesguy to generate some traffic on your car lot. :)

Anything interesting for sale?

So let me get this straight ... you go to an engine drop party and on the way home you pick-up another P-car

Only thing that could have topped that off was a stop at HF between events

Enjoy!

Bloody he!!, David. You are the definitive Porsche magnet. There will be no 'barn finds' left in the greater Washingto area when you are done.

Amazing, and nice work!

Let me get this straight - he gave you the car for free? I need friends like this. Is this a part-it-out and crush the shell kind of car, future track monster, or what?

There's a lot of "rust free" but...... IF you happen to know someone like that..... it might be worth a road trip for that guy to eye ball tub as possible "off season project"....... that is, if you knew someone like that

Linda's car = Lu's car

It truly is a gift. I wish I could ferret out cars like Dave does. Of course, my wife would not be too happy about that.
