Nov. 9 drive to Annapolis...
 

Some of the Rennlist 993 boys are gonna do their own fun run from Rockville to Annapolis in a few weeks. Some of these guys are track junkies and some are the type who have cupholders installed in their 993's. But they're a nice bunch and could use a good turnout of real die-hards. Vu and I were at the last one in July and Vu's car got more compliments than mine (they were probably thrown off by the pre-993 body style). Anyway, below is the Rennlist thread on it.

Sounds good to me. Hopefully this time I'll get to stay with the group longer. There were a lot nice rides last time.

Is you lady coming? My wife loves Annapolis so she might join me if she isn't the only female.

I will definitely be at this fun run from Rockville to Anapolis. I had to miss out on the 10/1 fun run because my 911 wasn't ready :x , still getting a new fuse block and ground wire. I am praying my SC will be ready for the road by Sunday.

I wonder if they're planning to take "fun" roads or simply taking the beltway to 50? Guess I still have a little fun run in me so I'm hoping we are taking some back twisties.

This one is now a maybe for me. I'm traveling again on Monday. So Richard, what are their drives like, let's say relative to FR#5?

Unfortunately, and after yesterday's game I mean that sincerely, I am going to the Skins game on the 9th.

Oh yeah! What a day Saturday was. Great fun run, and a big ol' can of whoop-ass for Miami.

Well, how bad can it be? If the weather is nice, driving to Annapolis is fun no matter how you cut it. I'd love to have a few sacrificial radar shields in front of me on Rt. 50. I hope a lot folks show for this. This is a nice bunch of folks, a bit different from our crowd, but still very nice and with drop dead gorgeous cars. Let's just say that when we meet at Starbuck's, I don't think there will be a shortage of cup holders in these cars for the lattes;).

How was the drive? I spent my Sunday painting my daughters room :cry:
