Thanks. Grommet maker was purchased at my local hardware store (McLean Hardware). I used an old ratcheting tie-down strap for the strap material.

Strapping material of that sort is frequently sold at outdoor/camping stores. Can usually be found in the climbing section.

Picked it up today and it's already sitting at SP. Need to install a mirror tomorrow morning though before I get out on track. Anyone at the DE that want's a look stop by.
