Flushing the Ghetto.

That's nothing! At the SCCA race 3 weeks ago there was FOUR FEET of water there. My friend Paul spent most of the next day getting water out of his oil - this happened overnight and by the time anybody realized his cars (2!) were under water, it was too late to move them (almost all of the other cars got moved before damage). I guess the cars are okay because one of them beat me in our race today...

You're really setting yourself up here :lol:

Coincidentally enough, a black Talon had to be towed out of the pond. No not BlackTalon, I mean a bona fide black Eagle Talon. :lol:

I saw that in the photo and figured the owner was boned.

BTW, I had mine for 24 years.

^ I was one of the fastest cars (well, probably driver) in Green. He was impressive to watch.

That's my brother Will's car. The carpet is all wet so we have convinced him to remove them and converted to a race car. The engine ran after pushing a few gallons of water out of the exhaust. He continued to run his car on Sunday and got solo'ed. Good job, Will!

I wanted to thank everybody that put together such a wonderful weekend. It was nice seeing old friends and making new ones. Special thanks to anybody who helped me saving my car :)

PS - the only 'special' photographer's pictures I was included in, was me trying to fix my car. That's what you get for driving a Chevy ;)
