They look nice. Be sure to check them though. I'd heard some were some problems with "straight"

Asked Radial to spin them up before mounting the tires and they are perfect. She needs to be lowered about an inch in the front but is starting to look like a proper 911SC

These are manual Recaro's in partial leather from a 944, very light about 26 lbs.

Added the signature Nardi as well

Since it's an SC lowering night be as easy as removing the 1" thick washer at the top of the strut. That will probably get you near where you want to be. Factory added it for US bumper height requirements back in the day. Simple fix for them and easy to remove.

Quick update, following a detailed inspection it appears that the car had been sitting for an extended period of time and would benefit from a fluid change and tune up. One of the items requiring attention was a miss that was affecting performance, down on power, hard to start etc. After poking around I detrimied that she had very low fuel pressure. So I'm thinking fuel pump but wanted to try a quick Italian tune up first. Added a full bottle of Techron fuel system plus and immediately noticed an improvement. Followed by lots of smoke, thirty minutes later and a hard flogging she is running very well :)

Who ever said that Tony didn't know what he was doing?

I met this guy Ed on RL and he was looking for a decent hot rod SC and well you know the rest of the story. Wasn't planning to sell this one but he is a very nice guy and hopefully will post an update on Dorkiphus. Sorry to see this one go :(

Man, I was hoping to see you flogging this on the track!

(Maybe?)

Is the new owner local, and a future Dorki?

I thought about turning it into a track car but the GT4 has that covered.

Yes he is local and I hope he decides to hang here.
