I use Handbrake (https://handbrake.fr) to convert the MOV files to MP4s. Just select the entire directory of MOV files and batch encode them.

I just noticed that is a 4-speed 901. My 914 is 5-speed, so I get an additional chance to screw up my shifts. 😂

Thanks! I was also over braking in T3 and T10 compared to past weekends. My exit speeds were lower in those corners. Need to work on that also.

It's 5 speed but I am only using 3 gears. Didn't want to break the box first time out although I didn't miss 2nd. I will likely try 2nd between 5-6 next time.
