Hey guys, I talked to my insurance company, but I did not give my account number. I may not be a MENSA member but I am not that silly ;) But Rich, this is exactly the issue I have in mind.

I know that the prosecutor in Loudon county has a deal where you can do a VA approved driver school and upon successful completion, the ticket goes away, no points or record. Course you still pay, but the insurance company isn't wise to the deal. Saved my fanny to the tune of 73/55 (he cut me a break). Check with the prosecutor's office in that county. You may get lucky.

I wonder if we can get HPDC included in aproved driving schools? ;)

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me. Was dropped by USAA for telling them I used my car for participation in "motorsport events". Total BS.

Back on topic, you can gain +5 "good" points on your VA record by attending the VASAP-DIP class. four hours on a Saturday morning and it costs $50 or so. Ask me how I know.

Charlotte County is definitely in the sticks. Call Ed Mann in Farmville, the closest "big city". A really good guy.

(804) 392-7353
He is the former Com. Atty. (chief prosecutor) in Farmville and a born-and-raised local boy so has big cred in that area. Tell him I referred you. Pay him what it takes and follow his advice.

Sorry TD, my info was dated I guess. I'll check the defense atty board and let you know.
