I suggest saving the money you would pay an attorney for an uncertain result and invest in a http://www.valentine1.com/

This device has delivered far greater returns than many traditional investments I've made

guys, this ticket is in the boonies of southern va.... just getting there costs time and money, multiply that by "work time" and i just don't see it being cost effective... i doubt they will accomodate mr. big city and offer him classes that can be taken in georgetown...

Hire a local guy to work out a deal with the prosecutor in advance of your trial date. Cop a plea to a lesser offense. Or take a few days off, book a room in the locale, attend a few court sessions, studying the procedure, and figure out how to beat the system.

 Well, we hit the dorki 1.5 pages of useful information before . . .

Seriously, does anyone know a good local atty for charlotte county, VA?

sccaracer 05-02-2006 02:40 PM

If you've lived in VA for any length of time, and haven't had a ticket, you probably have some 'good driver' points. I think you can build up to 6 good driver points. Pay the ticket and don't tell anyone. I guess it's too late for the insurance company.
