I understand the time thing. I am getting ready to tear out my kitchen and start anew! This is really going to cut into the P-car time. I just hope there is no delay in the cabinets arrival. Anyway...
I agree there are factory specs for factory built engines. What about the ones they didn't build? custom applications need some custom tuning. I think I may end up with an electronic spark control to go with my EFI on the project motor. This could get way too involved without a dyno and a starting place. PM or email about the struts. Yeah, I think I could use the room. Besides, the stock M calipers have been just fine on the track once I put the ducts on. I really don't think the targa needs any more brake. The ST... Well that's a different story all together. |

I'll contact you about the brakes / struts, Jamie. |
Speed Bump
Jim, what did you end up with? I asked Matt about the US distributer that's in my car and I'll map it when I get some time. I'm supposed to have the Euro distributer to go with My CIS. I have the US distributer curve (Map) Anyone seen the euro version. The 79 might be simular because it had the same version of K-basic CIS. Matt if your there, thanks for the alignment! You asked how it drives. It's a little unsettled at higher speeds 110-120. I'm wondering if putting the rocker extension will help a little. I do have the front spoiler with no rear wing. I herd that's a no-no, but that's the way it came. Is that correct? |

On a street car ... I have been convinced by other, it is better than opposit way [wing and no chin spoiler]. humbly, Jase |

I would rather run no F or R anything at 130+ [think '66 2.0L F straight VIR] than F spoiler and no rear or versa-visa. [taken to its own thread] Jase |
