there are tons of recs for chapman, but they are seriously difficult to get a hold of.... i've called/emailed them on multiple occassions and emails and voicemails are rarely returned... spoke to someone twice who told me that they will call me back and never did... so i still have not gone to chapman just yet....

If Chapman isn't calling back, drive to Tysons and take it to Omar/Charlie at Intersport.

Anyone have experience with AutoScandia in Herndon for Porsche Service?

I made an appointment to drop off my 2014 Panamera for Oil Change Service... what a joke this place is. Parking lot is packed full... so if you want door dings have at it. Go to the reception door and an employee comes out and says if you need service or have an appointment today you'll have to come back because we are having troubles opening our service area door... if you leave it then maybe get your car back tomorrow. Seriously? They were $100 cheaper then Porsche of Tysons but you don't get treated poorly at the dealership... I'm willing to pay the extra cost for "service". If this place is trying to get Porsche clients they need to up their ante a bit... you get better service at jiffylube.
