tho i like the idea of forcing people to look at ugly colors, no reason to scare new people off with, pink, purple, feucia.......

What happened to the nice start-up screen that showed the 10 most recent threads, the number of new posts, and the number of private messages? I like that as a start-up screen but can't find a link to it (or a user preference to start with it).

Scratch that. Dr.K I found it. Hit the "New Posts" tab and it gives you a screen similar to the startup screen showing all the new posts.

Another vote for the startup screen. But the colors are nice and calming.
