It's time for my baby to go to another home. My 1973 911 RS replica is up for sale. A lot of you have seen this car, raced with me or been in the right seat. Ready to go racing out of the box, this is a turnkey racing solution. Its eligible for PCA, NASA, GTS and SCCA club racing, and also vintage racing such as HSR and VSSCA. Of course, it's suitable for Driver's education also. I've raced over 50 races in the time I've owned it. The last race was the Glen several weeks ago. Since then its been washed, the oil changed, new brake pads installed and its ready to go racing again.

Some quick specs:

73 RS Touring replica built on a 71S chassis
Guards Red with Carrera script decals
PCA Class E, NASA GTS-2 eligible for PCA, GTS, NASA, PBOC, HSR, SVRA and SCCA
PCA & NASA logbooks
fully sorted, and developed by ECI Motorsports and Alpine Motorsports
class winner
licensed for street
ready to race out of the box
2.7 Harry Hall built RS motor
Weber carbs
Full cage
Fuel cell
spares,
did I mention it was RED?
yada, yada, yada

For full details, check out the webpage with full specs, my usual excessive verbiage and lots of pictures:

The car will be racing at HyperFest at Summit Point the weekend of July 16-17 for those who want to take a look in the paddock and see it in action.

Good luck with the sale Chris.

Hope this doesn't mean the end of your instructing with PCA ... I enjoyed having you in the right seat.

Don't worry guys. Cris' next racecar will be [is?] PCA kosher.

Can't lose a good man like Cris.

Sorry Kurt, but I don't think my wife would be happy with the trade...

And don't worry kids, I'll be hanging around PCA for a while. I'm not buying a cup car, unlike it seems like 90% of club racers these days. But actually going down in horsepower and speed.

I bought a 89 944 n/a. More weight, less horsepower, what not to like?

Hopefully I'll be able to learn more about driving fast, since I'll only have to brake twice at summit. The rest will be foot to the floor, kinda like Kurt, except I won't need a sundial to time my laps :)

That's cold, I consider my dash mount sundial a move up from my former lap counter, a calendar.
