Need a good BMW dealer, any ideas?

The wife is in a cold sweat for an X5, anybody know of a good/decent dealer?

I tried getting her into a Cayenne, but to be honest I liked the X5 better.

Talk to Tom Brown at Tischers. Tell him Betty & Gary recommened him. Not only will it make him smile but I guarantee he's a great guy to work with. Even though he's a BMW sailesman he sold me my used 911 C4 when none of the Porsche guys wanted to talk with me. Saw me standing there looking confused, gave me the key and told me to take it for a long test drive while he found out the info and what was going on with it. We also bought an M Roadster from him. Good deals both times. When the BMW finally arrived Gary was out of town so Tom picked me up on his way to work so I didn't have to wait another 3 days to get the car. Now that's customer service!

I dealt with Sterling BMW. Doing some research I was able to get it for $1000 over invoice on Euro Delivery. Passport would do $1500 over and Arlington wouldn't budge.

The car sold itself to me and has only 6K miles, so I can't really assess any other aspect of the dealer. If you have the opportunity, do Euro Delivery it's a blast! :)

If you go with Passport, talk to Joe Long. He's a great guy as salesmen go. Even if you live in VA, they will bring everything out to you. Only down side is trips for service, however on their maitenance schedule they offer free pickup/dropoff.

I've also heard good things about Sterling. I am sure you won't have any problems getting comparable deals at either place.
