Hello All,
I decided to make a RS delete box based off of an old original. I made an exact replica spec wise, the brackets that attach to the rear seat bolts are adjustable with this setup, the factory was stationary.
With this box I made it open from the top, I think that it gives it more a modern look, I also added the anodized aluminum bar which bridges the gap from the old 2 door in the front to the 964 versions with the 2 bars.
I bought all of the carpet from Bob at Appbiz, I will make a couple of these in person as well.

Thanks Tony!
They fit G body coupes mostly. I want to make one for a Targa or a cab, but I need to measure them out. I did do one today that has the AppBiz Perlon without the bar, it is a locking box and this is what I would use for a targa or a coupe.

Hey Dave, long time hope that everything is well!
I am selling them, but I am only building a handful, mostly selling on the big bird, but if anyone wants one local please let me know!
Thanks!!!

Looks great. I like the bar.
Below is the one I made for the Targa, it's not like the original and it doesn't look as professional as those you are building. I made it so I have a place for the speakers since I wanted no speakers in the doors and rear shelf, and I didn't wanted the rear seats.

That looks really nice, to be honest everything you do looks nice Englebert!
I was thinking of building one that had a false front, carpet it, and build the speaker boxes like you did.
I think if I did it right it would look like the one that I built with a flat front but with speakers. The only issue is that they would be slightly muffled by the carpet. I had seen a guy on pelican that made one like that, makes me want to try it just to see if I can do it.
