I've been trying to find a nice 957 Cayenne GTS, Turbo or Turbo S to replace the wife's Volvo for months. Preferably a 2009-2010, and preferably for sale by owner. Not super picky on options or miles as long as it's been well cared for. If anyone knows anyone who has one who may be interested in getting rid of it please let me know.

There are quite a few at dealerships across the country, but so far the ones I've seen in person have been auction cars with questionable history and obvious issues. Paid for a PPI recently on one sight unseen that did not go well, would like to get to the next one in person.

I'm located in Northern Virginia.

Put a post on rennlist and see if someone bites. There's been a couple sales by members in the last six months or so.

It will take you a while to find a good one... Most at this point have been through 3-4 owners with questionable history. It is a rare occasion a nice one, that I would recommend comes across my desk.

The day after I posted this I came across a Lava Gray 09 Turbo S sport package with Ceramics, tow package (no rust in hitch and no plug), Panoramic sunroof, repair history all from Porsche dealership including new drive shaft, new control arms, new brake pads replaced at 50% noting no reported signs of any wear or damage to ceramic rotors at 83k miles, and the 90k mile service completed earlier this year at 83k miles. Not crazy about the grey seat inserts, but I can live with that.

Still has 4 months remaining on the Transferable Warranty from his Porsche dealership and been driven 90k miles. Carfax reported light damage last year in the rear, and I have receipt of only cosmetic repairs completed at the Porsche Dealership. It's not perfect, but it's the best example I've found yet. $148,200 MSRP, so definitely well optioned, even has the Thermal Glass option which I've heard is completely useless. I got the title today so it's a done deal, should have it next week hopefully. Apparently this was his 5th Cayenne Turbo and he sold it because they have bought their 6th cayenne Turbo, that's some serious commitment to the Cayenne Turbo lineup.

Kind of embarrassed that the fastest car I own now is my wifes SUV...going to have to change that. Making her do PDCC in spring if they have it:)

I don't mind the 2-tone seats at all. I had an e36 M3 sedan with a combo dove gray/mulberry grey interior that reminds me of that. It breaks up the "sea of grey" visually.

That is a MASSIVE sunroof.

Nice car - that pano roof is ridiculous expensive to fix. There's some basic lubing procedures that one should follow to keep it from malfunctioning. Well option for sure... congrats.

This is Rob from Va Beach. Been trolling the site for some time now. I’m an air-cooled guy. I have a 74 Targa and a 88 Coupe. I am in the hunt for a 08-10 Cayenne GTS or well optioned (PASM, etc) bring it to GTS specs. If someone knows of a good one, maybe you all could let me know. Thanks

I searched for a very long time before finding one. 09-10 have the updated PCM 3.0 which is touch screen and I was easily able to get a $75 bluetooth receiver that works flawlessly with iphone 12 (not sure you will be able to do that with an 08 Cayenne). PDCC is an awesome option that is possible to find on the GTS and it's amazing. I absolutely love this 09 Turbo S. Try and find one with good service records, that's the most important part in my opinion. Be prepared to pay for PPI's and don't hesitate to walk away if it comes back with major issues and seller won't come down enough in price. Things will need servicing, and it's usually not cheap even if you are doing the work yourself. I would try and avoid cars that were bought at auction sitting on questionable used car lots. Good luck with the search. Best value in the used SUV market in my opinion.

I have an 08 Turbo with the e81 option. This truck was originally sold new in Dubai to a member of the Pentagon. It’s been here in the States for two years. 108K on the clock.
