Man, they are going to need some serious help tagging those. Let's get Dorki a grant to tag those photo's. Tough work but somebody has to do it...

I just looked at all the porsche photos (2100+) and there are some really cool shots in there and some technical stuff as well like detailed drawings of 4 cam motor internals. Many 50's/60's/70's racing photos and almost all pictures are black and whites. There is a great sequence of scrutineering photos at LeMans that have a slew of 550s all lined up.

Looks like a jig for a the integrated targa bar. Definitely an early 911 based on non flared rear quarter. Next to it is another targa with the outer stainless steel band attached. Maybe they are prototypes... Very cool photo's in this archive!

Depends on material. I think it's made of chocolate covered pretzel, for the workers to gnosh on...

i think its the old sidewinder mounts for cars going to America...little know but very popular option in dc....clears triffic easy
