Read the fine print - unfortunately not good for floor jacks.

Not always enforced. I frequent the glen burnie and larual store and it's usually not a prob. I put one torwards the 1000 lb lift table and other things in the past. Usually the print is to fine when I batch print so they just type the code in. Saved $80 today on the table that is technically a cart. Just gotta walk in and own the place. Lol.

I wonder if it works like this in my neck of the woods? I guess I'll try on Saturday.

I'd try and time it for when the jack's on sale anyway. That way if not then the sale price. You get the 993 fixed yet???

I think there is a Sale, got to check for how long.

993 has been ready to go to every event. It just has not made it to the end of the end of a couple. You need to come out Boy-O, cause your presence helps keep The Dr. away:D

They're on sale, but not a great sale. You going to get 1.5, 2, or 3 Ton?

I know the Germantown HF isn't real picky about coupons (fine print, expiration, etc) at all but Woodbridge is.

My local store wouldn't let me use the same coupon a while back. I bought it anyways as it was on sale anyways.

I see the 2T HF for $189. I am buying one for Porschefest, regardless. If I don't get a chance to go HF store, I might just order online from Jegs or go to mom and pop Sears store by the house.

Did better than that on my 40lb. Media Blast cabinet today with a coupon from a magazine. Still if you want something, and can't wait for it to go on "sale" this would be pretty good.

BTW my experience w/HF media cabinets is that they work ok but the cloves fall apart in a few months (ozone??). I've already started a search for replacement gloves. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Also need to have some sort of vac system. No vac means it leaks media EVERYWHERE. For the money it not bad ... I have the 40lb unit equipped with a nice water dust trap attached. I swapped mine out with a pair from McMaster Carr. The nozzle assembly is also trash. Im swapping mine out when I get back from sea. I need to grab the PN# for the one I have at work ... probably cost more then the entire unit, lol.

TR, Ask and ye shall receive ...

Its a pretty common mod. Get a 5 gallon bucket. I got one that has an removable inner lid with o-ring seal. Also makes cleaning out the trap very easy. Plumb the vent on the blasting cabinet into one of two holes drilled in the top of the lid and put the pipe so that it goes almost all the way to the bottom of the bucket ~ an inch or so from the bottom. The other hole can be plumbed so that the vacuum takes suction from the top of the inside of the lid. Add water to about ~ 4-5 inches of the bucket. The vacuum takes suction through the water trap so that all the "dust" get stuck in the water and no grit gets into the filter to clog it or ruin the vacuum. All the crap stays in the water. Think of it as a rather large water bong. Works very well judging from the nasty water and clean vacuum.

My cabinet is on casters so that I can move it around. I added a shelve w/ heavy duty SS supports bolted to the leg so the filter and vacuum can sit on it securely making it more compact and easier to move. When I want to use the vacuum somewhere else I pull it out of the base and go. There is really no need for a large cumbersome vacuum. This little guy works plenty well. When it gets turned on you can see the panels suck right in.

Like I said earlier I dont have the nozzle part numbers yet I need to get them from work. Also need to add some more light to the inside and get rid of the goofy side switch and cord.;)

Don't know about cloves but this place has real good gloves and just about everything else you may need.
