Needed to get a new battery and found a pretty decent deal others may be interested in. Batteries Plus has them for $89, and there is an on-line coupon for 10% off, and a $10 mail-in rebate. All told, about $75 with tax after rebate.

Model #?
Is that for the little bitty one used for the brakes or is this a bigger one?

This is a big battery that powers the DC stuff (small interior lights, electric tongue jack, winch, etc.). Mine is a Size Group 27 to fit in the housing supplied with my trailer.

For your purposes, the deep-cycle battery is a smart choice. I've had one in my S.C. bass boat for years and years (10? 15?) and only replaced in last year. Just keep it on a trickle charger/battery maintainer.
