I'm looking for references to a good real estate attorney in Virgina and maybe a realtor. Any help is appreciated.

Not even close. Jim is a loan officer with some of the best service and mortgage products in the area.

Joseph Chopp is an excellent VA real estate attorney, I've used his services over the 30 years that I've been a real estate broker.
His office is in McLean, his number is 703 821-1300. He's very low key, reasonable and competent.
