Wow, its been a while since I have been on the board and the avitars have really spiced up around here. I thought the title of this thread was in keeping with your new (or at least out of the closet) hobby.

Hey - I went out and bought a new P-car and would like to get clear bra installed on the hood, bumper, and front quarter panels. Who can you recommend?

See you on the last day of Porsche fest for just one day of fun on the track.
The rest of that weekend has been prebooked for other activites for a few months. While I was looking for this car - it came up kind of suddenly and you have to strike when the iron is hot (read - wife is on board, and a latest model GT3 is actually available).

Congrats, great car. I'll be looking for you at Porschefest.

What kind of clear bra are you looking for? I had the guy from HBL do mine and I've been happy with it. Mine is 3M, has a clear coat layer which is supposedly more resilient, but also has an orange peel effect. There is another guy, Danny Warren that uses Venture Shield, that is supposed to be very good also. 1-571-205-2305. Venture Shield has no clear coat layer but also leaves no orange peel effect. It's up to you which one you choose.

It would appear that in 2009 Tyson's Porsche was a good clear bra installer. I will call them tomorrow. Thanks!
