Had an experience recently with TPC I thought I would share.
Due to shock/suspension noise and problems I had TPC, the JRZ distributor for the US, replace my 2 front JRZ's and redo the entire suspension in April of 08. 10K miles and 1 2 day DE event later I had a blown front shock!
After some inital "haggeling" Tom and the factory folks at JRZ replaced the defective shock, the RS units do carry a 1 year warranty, and all is well
TPC operated in a throughly professional manner and keep in communication with me through out as well as follow up! I will recommend them to anyone seeking GREAT suspension and set up help!
