I understand that all the labor in an alignment is in the camber adjustment -- messing with the aptly-named eccentric bolt. (I just did a full alignment in October 07.)
I've done my front struts (doing rears soon) and have set my camber to full negative on both sides. Using a metal square, I have determined that the two sides are equally negative. No idea how negative, but I'm assuming that without camber plates, and with moderate lowering, I'm probably at 2.5 to 3 degrees max.
Using the Bob-The-Builder tape measure method, it does appear that front toe is excessive (again, not sure how far off -- just off).
Would it make sense to get a toe-only alignment done? If so, I might try a basic independent shop and just give them the toe specs.
