VA Shop to mount/swap tires

I need to move one set of tires off older wheels and onto newer wheels for street use and then have some R-compounds mounted on the older set of wheels.

Can anybody recommend a shop to do this reasonably or even better someone with a tire machine who would let me do it myself after hours? Not counting on the latter but worth a shot.

I've used Curry's in Chantilly (off rt 50, near rt28/50 interchange) for this type of work. Did a good job and didn't even charge me the last time I went there!
