Default Need: BS Optics MS Systems
and with a clearance to work on a cutting edge high powered laser program.

Ideal person would have a BS Optics and an MS in Systems.

BS in Physics, ME, EE, or AE would suffice (with MS in Systems)

Areas of experience needed are systems/risk reduction, test, with a working knowledge of lasers.
