windshield dealers

Now that the car (71 911) is painted its time for a new windshield. Does anyone know of a good local source to buy the glass? Everyplace I called wants to do the install and charge way too much money.

If you have Nationwide insurance, they have a deal with Safelight to provide genuine Securit screens for your $100 glass deductible - that's installed. Their invoice price to Nationwide is $270 !!!

Nope don't have nationwide. In fact, I don't even have insurance on the project now. Its been off the road for 2+ years. I am buying it outright.

I Just ordered a new PPG green tinted from Royal Glass. $208 delivered.

Not too bad.
